AIMA BizLab is a first of its kind virtual lab for management students. Just like the laboratories for other education fields, using the AIMA BizLab software, students may “experiment” with various management strategies and tactics on the given scenario. Specifically designed keeping the learning habits of the new generation of students, AIMA BizLab provides an unparalleled learning experience.
BizLab Hall of Fame lists scores of top performing students across region/state and helps students to compare their performance against the best minds in the country.
BizLab experiments presents scenarios that require application of concepts being covered in the MBA curriculum. It therefore helps to develop an integrated perspective of different aspects of management.

BizLab is cloud based and accessible on all laptops as well as mobile making it easy for students to access it anytime, anywhere.
The results of BizLab experiment are available to faculty members to monitor the performance and progress of students.
BizLab experiments help students run and practice concepts multiple times and in various modes. Can be used either under guided supervision of faculty in the classroom as a “workshop” or as self-driven competition against AI Bots as a “practice” mode.

Institute signs the contract for purchase of AIMA BizLab licenses and receives the recognition as “AIMA BizLab Academic Partner”.

AIMA conducts Train-The-Trainer and certifies two faculty members from the institute to use BizLab.
Institute hands over the student list and AIMA issues the licenses over email.
Students can start using BizLab. Faculties receive access to view detailed performance reports of students.
AIMA is the first organization which introduced the concept of Business simulation in India way back in year 1991 and it started its first pan India Business simulation competition which is popularly known as National Management Games (NMG) for corporate managers in the year 1992. NMG is an annual competition and it has recently completed 27th edition in year 2018. AIMA’s Simulation is used by corporates as in-house training tool and companies like IOCL, HPCL, ONGC, BPCL, Tata Steel, Maruti Suzuki, Hero Moto Corp, Reliance Industries, Vedanta, Aditya Birla Group, Andritz Hydro and many more are using it regularly. Since 1991, more the 50000 corporate executives from 500 Organizations has experienced the AIMA’s Business Simulation.
In the year 1997, Business school edition was launched for the budding managers and it helped many aspiring corporate managers to hone their Business acumen skills and make them industry ready. AIMA also has the annual simulation competition for management students known as Student Management Games (SMG), the first SMG started in the year 1997 since then it is successfully running, SMG each year attracts more than 200 teams from various B-Schools. AIMA’s simulation is also used by various B-Schools to train the students and many B-Schools has integrated the AIMA’s simulation with their course curriculum and the evaluation of the students is done on the basis of the simulation exercise. The B-Schools like IIMs, ISB, Hyderabad, ISB, Mohali, IIT-Chennai, XLRI, ICFAI Business School, Jaipuria Institute of Management, Noida, PSG Institute of Management, Coimbatore, Amrita Business School and many more are using the AIMA’s Simulation regularly.
